One contractor, from mobilisation to handover
Banksia Civil Pty Ltd is a 100% Aboriginal-owned civil contractor based in Darwin. We’ve been trading for nearly five years – as Banksia Civil Pty Ltd since April 2025 – led by a founder with more than 13 years in civil, mining and marine work.
We work as a one-stop shop: our own people, plant, supervision and QA under one contract and one set of systems, proven on Tier-1 work on various projects across the NT & WA, through to remote highway and station roads.

Wilarra Group Pty Ltd is our 100% Aboriginal-owned sister company, with the same director, focused on mining earthworks and haulage across the East Kimberley (WA) and the Northern Territory.
Haul roads, access tracks, ROM pads, bulk haulage and plant hire, wet or dry. Banksia supplies plant, operators and supervision to Wilarra projects, and the two companies work as one group.
